THE BETR WAY TO BUY

Buying your first home can feel impossible.
We are here to change that.

In 2026, there’s more support than ever to help first-time buyers make it happen, from reduced taxes and government support to specific developer assistance.

BETR’s current range of incentives exclusively for ‘First Time Buyers’ may include a gifted deposit contribution, legal fee assistance, fitted wardrobes and blinds along with access to specialist mortgage advice.

With rents continuing to rise and strong housing demand in Birmingham, buying sooner could help secure a home at today’s prices and build equity over time.
